100 PLUS Members
We have now just passed the 100th new member, quite an achievement for having been on line and helping people for just 2 months.
BPAG is now located in Bulgaria
Some of you may be wondering why it has taken so long for your emails to be answered. The answer is that I (Pamella) have been off line for almost a week, travelling across Europe to Bulgaria, an amazing 2954 kilometre journey. I am now, living in 30 deg brilliant sunshine on the Black sea coast. My apartment is in the village of Sveti Vlas, near unny Beach. I am here for at least the next 2 months, perhaps longer so hopefully I will be able to achieve a lot to help out members. I am planning a trip to Bansko next week.
Photgraphs of Developments
Many members want up to date information as to the progress of their development so I am now going to start taking photographs of developments and posting then in the members area of our site. If you would like up to date photographs of any development email me with the name and location of the development. I will do my best to find it and photograph it from the outside with pictures of progress on landscaping and peripheries. If you would like a inspection of your apartment with a full report and photographs on progress, snagging required, furniture installation, and internal facilities the Bulgaria Property Mediation Service can assist with this for a fee.
Rescue Packages
Also, great news for people who are in the unlucky position of their developer being bankrupt;
We have been working very hard to find suitable developers so that we can give our members access to rescue packages. We have now located a number of developers that can help with excellent rescue packages. One of the things that I will be doing in Bansko is checking out these developers and developments.
If you have paid a 30% deposit towards a unit then a rescue package will allow you to transfer your deposit into another development for a unit of equivalent price.
