Facts.
Regrettably +++ have misrepresented and set out to defraud from the outset .... on facilities BEING provided, on LTV, on completion dates,on furniture packages , on membership facility , on management and rental placements, on specifications, on amenities,on a contractual shower placement agreement, on meterage (deficits,) on build quality and presentation,on swimming pool, on golf access- thereby negating the value by 30% literally overnight.They are also complicit with ** Lawyer firm - WHO NEVER represented my interests- but only those of +++
 
The developer -helmed by M Z HAS NO INTENT  to provide an apartment- as was sold to me - and all the assurances not carried out is fraud,-..in every way possible. 
I was  presentented, by sales proceedures, brochures and presentation disc via computer, and via the  *** representative- A S  -sold a high spec apartment comprising  with wood finish , parquet flooring and terracotta tile, a 2 bedroomed, 2 bath, Ian Woosenam golf apartment, with a 2nd shower in situ ,& to a certain meterage  with a swimming pool and spa.,with gondola transport ( &with  new airport connections to be  built in 2007,) with a specific furniture package presented as high spec and  sold fit for purpose,( rentals) with a rental management company via *** -with year round rental prospects as was sold to me.it was to be completed december 2006 and fully furnished and cleaned.it was sold to me with projected figures for the rentals ,for the equity and the LTV  and with projected resale figures year on year.  
 
there is no high spec
there is no 'wood '( as in trees and as sold to me)-its all MDF.)  there is NO TERRACOTTA TILE AND NO PARQUET FLOORING.
( it is abysmal, shocking , disgusting  quality with a massive and complex  snag list - some very serious indeed.)
there is no Ian woosenam  golf access or if there is now,- it is because committed people like me battled for 18 months on a computer, to put pressure on all concerned- to gain access.
there is no 2nd double bedroom  - it is an appalling small single type bedroom with 2 single beds rammed into the space end to end , like a barracks- all the wiring in situ is for a double bedroom and so no functionality 
there is  no swimming pool
there is no fitted plumbed  2nd shower
there is no presentation or cleaning
there is no decent furniture package .It is  unfit for purpose and shoddy and damaged and is of the cheapest variant you could possibly imagine with no durability whatsoever - scratched, damaged and some items missing........ no golfer would ever stay there on this reason - alone!
there is no new airport
there is no gondola
there is no rental management company via mri
there are no rentals as promised by them
there was no completion December 2006
there is a  huge meterage deficit
ALL figures presented are speculative rubbish.
 
completion and act 16 should never have been processed even in 2007 as it was ** misled throughout and completion was 2008 but all their assurances were never, ever done .
it remains shocking quality with huge problems  and  is unsaleable , unrentable and with a deficit in value of 60%-75% of its cost.
 
All the assurances made by developer in  the offices of the lawyer in February 2008 have been renauged upon. +++ IGNORE EVERY COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND. 
 
I  was in CONTINUITY OF PAYING THIS HIGH MORTGAGE AND INSURANCE ETC ETC with no rentals and no saleabilty .+++ WERE made fully aware that I was dependent upon rentals at point of sale ,& that high spec was  absolutely essential for discerning golfers and myself.. and that it was for golf.......... from the outset.
 
it has cost me a further    £13000 since completion.  
no contact  from **.( laughably 'my' lawyers).......... or from the Developer or from the furniture company (all of whom  it seems, are controlled by +++)
my monies have been tied up with this property.......... FOR over 4 years  .it remains an unuseable ,unrentable, wholly unsaleable  apartment which I purchased for Ian Woosenam golf -and year round rentals-  and as an investment to aid my property woes . My losses to date are 56K
I am now facing bankcruptcy. 
Far, far,worse still is the 4 years of my life devoted to this........ every night , every sunny weekend on computer, detrimental to health with shocking consequence ..but all will be exposed in the future.
