what I am trying to achieve is assistance with fraud and misrepresentation by a company called *** complicit with a lawyer firm ** and a developer based in Bansko Bulgaria. Whom have caused my financial ruin and are wholly instrumental in my forthcoming bankruptcy.
I am far from alone - though I do not know each individual financial situations...... there are probably at least another 200 plus peoples equally effected and the helmers of the websites are linking up with people similarly effected in in Cyprus.We have 2 websites up at present .The 3rd one being the Cyprus one .dEVIOUS PRACTISE , misrepresntation and unscupulous ' business practises are rife in Bulgria and the law seems to be none existant to all this corrupption and the MEP'S AND mp's seem ambivilant about it all or indeed the devastation it is all causing.
The companies concerned threaten to take the websites down continually and threaten to sue continually.Worst of all it is apparent to the hundreds of us that there are no EU laws or structures or anything that can help us at all. We are all severely disillusioned by ME P'S AND Mp's AND quite frankly very angry about recent events- it seems everywhere we turn there is fraud and ruination to innocent people.
We all need to know to whom can we turn to? and whom can we write to? and whom can we telephone? and whom can we arrange a meeting with? = as we all thought we were protected (as this was a EU country )but it seems there is no protection at all - nor indeed any support or interest at all and yet we are hundreds strong.
