but I think you have misunderstood my letter.......
Am I to understand that the EU European consumer center .... cannot assist with this massive property fraud? there will be hundreds and hundreds of us - all with property transaction issues and misrepresentation issus and all suffered protracted corrupt practises by the lawyers concerned whom actually are on commission with the actual agent - in this case, FOR US ALL.
It is a huge and complex case - the furniture being just a tiny part of that............. but in this case , and others .
IF YOU HAVE NO POWERS for all of the above......... or indeed even on the furniture - which was supplied scratched and damaged . 2 years late and 'unfit for purpose'.......... because it is frail and ill made ..............'unfit for purpose',s A LAW in the uk also items missing - this is theft ....... well, it is in the uk
if you do not have powers - what are you for -?
and whom does have the power so that I can write to them -today - (as I have to go to the dentist and can do it before I leave)
