Dear Hon Mr Steve Taylor, EMBASSADOR TO BULGARIA
There are thousands of U.K. CITIZENS who are loosing their life savings and their health and sanity in crooked overseas property Transactions. Bulgaria is a colossal issue.
Mainly , we want something done about the substandard legal system in BULGARIA (E.U.!) That gives purchasers absolutely no re-course when property transactions go wrong- and allows real- estate agents (*** in this case) to form alliances with lawyers and do massive misrepresentation (s) and no -one cares!
I myself am just about to go bankrupt -through all of the above-... and have spent the last 2 years battling and living on a computer whilst trying to hold down a job.
None of us have received anything -even remotely comparable -to what we all paid for and the devious fraud is ruinous to us all . It is especially heartbreaking as I,- at age 56 - NOR SEVERAL PEOPLES IN THIS AGE GROUP WHOM HAVE BEEN SO CRUELLY DUPED- CAN RECOVER.
I lost a small portfolio of property( trying to build then to aid retirement) in the last recession,- which was entrenched, in St Austell, Cornwall uk ...where I lived then . Many years later ,in desperation, after several gazumping ’s and various….. I went to Bulgaria to try and regain a foothold, via that route , back into the UK property ladder ..but it is , we find, horribly corrupt... and has had devastating consequence to us all. I, myself, will now be homeless and penniless.
To be entrepreneurial in the UK now is impossible due to the greed and incompetence of bank and government ................but surely it is capable of upholding the law and seeking justice for its trying, & hard working citizens?
No one replies .or they just state ‘your issues are noted’. Or ,-‘contact your MEP ‘- but they, sadly, - NEVER- reply.
I have written ( as have hundreds of others who are in a terrible similar plight) to The Mayor of Bansko Bulgaria ( no replies)and to .and to the NAEA compliance UK and to the NFOPP compliance UK and to the u.k Trading Standards boards , also written to the House of Lords Peter Mandelson (Business) and to the Prime Minister ,Gordon Brown. Also, to David Beal at the offices of David Cameron ….and Angela Browning my local M.P.
We have written (no replies) to the Ethics Commissions of the National Real Property Association in Sofia Bulgaria (00 359 02 988 68 90.)
the UK TV company- ITV- filmed at my apartment (**** *****/ producer) BUT were unable to do a complete reveal because of the complexities and no legal support within the country of Bulgaria.

I /we all have new Bulgarian lawyers, but no progress - at all.
We need to know, as a matter of great urgency ,just What are you going to do about it? We implore you to now be strident and end this financial ruin for us all which is manifest in illness and bankruptcy to so many.
